If you have any idea that you will be late, contact me via cell/text PRIOR TO THE START TIME. Depending on the scheduled service behind you, 10 mins late may result in no polish at the end of service. 15mins late may result in cancellation fee!

There is a 100% cancellation fee if the appointment is not canceled prior to 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time.

Please be aware that two consecutive cancellations of a standing appointment may result in my discretion to cancel all future appointments. You must make all appmnts online there after including deposits, until further notice.

This is used when more time is needed to service a client. An extra charge is applied along with extra time. Anything past the appmnt time originally scheduled will be an additional $25. This gives an extra 15min to shape, cut, file etc.
